    在泰国吃海鲜餐时,最喜欢点这道粉丝煲,全因这道粉丝煲无论配上什么海鲜,都鲜香美味,主要是粉丝除了可以饱和吸收海鲜味和浓郁的酱汁,还有的是吃了不会有饱滞的感觉。

    Step 1

    粉丝用清水浸软备用。Soak glass noodle in water.

    Step 2

    将蒜头、小葱头和芫荽根剁碎备用。Chop garlic, shallot and coriander root finely.

    Step 3

    锅中热油,爆香姜片,加入蒜头、小葱头、芫荽根炒香,接着加入青葱和大虾,稍微翻炒。Heat oil in wok, saute ginger slices with medium high heat until fragrant, add in garlic, shallot and coriander root, fey well. Toss in spring onion and prawns, stir-fry briefly.

    Step 4

    下粉丝和所有的调味料,略翻炒后盖上锅盖,以小火焖煮5分钟。Toss in glass noodles and all other ingredients, cover with lid and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Step 5

    汤汁若太少可自行加热水,闷煮至收汁即可熄火,撒上芫荽叶,趁热享用。May add extra water if too dry, simmer until gravy reduce; off heat and quickly toss in coriander leaves and serve.
